Job summary

Google is seeking a Director, Complex Program Executive for Google Cloud Consulting to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs, with a focus on AI and enterprise agentic initiatives. You will partner with C-suite and VP+ leaders to define the approach, orchestrate multi-team delivery, and drive measurable business value across geographies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
20 years of experience in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services (including 10 years in program management).
Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

Advise C-suite and VP+ stakeholders on AI transformation and end-to-end services strategy.
Establish and lead the program operating model and governance structure.
Orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices and partner teams.
Manage timelines, deliverables and roadmaps to achieve business outcomes.
Execute risk management and ensure process compliance to optimize delivery.
