Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services seeks a senior program manager to guide large-scale cloud transformations from inception to execution. You will engage with customers and partners to design, deliver, and govern multi-faceted cloud journeys, balancing business outcomes with technical realities.

You will lead governance, measure benefits, and coordinate with a broad partner ecosystem while driving presales scoping, timelines, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
• Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to customers.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and enable digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies.
• Hold accountability to customers at the board and executive-level to ensure the program realizes financial benefits, business objectives, and transformational outcomes.
• Define the overall governance model and services delivery plan for the account and establish a cadence to manage the ongoing delivery of the plan.
• Lead the delivery of multi-functional, large-scale Google Cloud transformation projects, as well as manage a partner ecosystem (e.g., product and services).
• Manage the presales scoping life-cycle, customer requirements, and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, stakeholder communication, relationship management, and building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
