Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting seeks a Complex Program Delivery Executive to own transformation journeys for Fortune 500 clients, focusing on AI-driven, enterprise-scale programs. You will partner with C-suite and VP+ executives to define strategy, govern multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver measurable business value from Google Cloud and Gemini initiatives.

You will lead change management, drive platform adoption, and ensure cross-functional coordination across Google Cloud, partners, and client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

Advise C-suite and VP+ stakeholders on AI transformation, building and operationalizing the customer’s end-to-end AI and services strategy.
Establish and lead the program operating model and governance structure, driving change management and platform adoption to ensure realized value.
Orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices, coordinating cross-functional resources across Google Cloud and partner teams.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps to align stakeholder expectations, coordinate resources, and track progress toward business outcomes.
Execute comprehensive risk management, assess mitigation activities, and enforce process compliance to optimize project delivery.
