Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) is evolving to meet the demands of large-scale, multi-stream enterprise transformations. As a Complex Program Delivery Executive, you will be the single accountable owner for building and delivering our most strategic customers’ journeys, with a focus on AI-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 20 years of experience in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services (including 10 years in program management).
• Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite and VP+ stakeholders on AI transformation and end-to-end services strategy.
• Establish and lead the program operating model and governance structure.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices, coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps toward business outcomes.
• Execute comprehensive risk management and enforce process compliance.
