Qualifications

• Experience in the IT industry with ServiceNow presales and large-scale bids.
• Ability to support Sales teams to win new business in accounts.
• Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong business analysis and requirements analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow modules ITSM/ITOM/CSM and HRSD.
• Present ServiceNow solutions to clients with a value-led approach.
• Assist Sales in qualification of customer needs and pre-demo analysis.
• Lead customer workshops and stakeholder presentations.
• Produce sales proposals and technical documentation outlining benefits.
