Tata Communications Limited is seeking an Associate Director to accelerate growth in the United States by acquiring enterprise customers for AI-powered CX, CCaaS, and Digital Transformation solutions.

This hunter role focuses on new logo opportunities with enterprise and upper mid-market organizations. You will lead executive conversations, demonstrate ROI, and drive modernization of customer service with AI-driven engagement.

Qualifications

10+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience.
Proven hunter with new logo acquisition responsibility.
Experience selling AI, CX, CCaaS, or Digital Transformation solutions.
Track record of exceeding sales targets and winning enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

Drive net-new logo acquisition for the America region.
Build, manage, and close a pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
Engage CXOs and senior leaders in Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and AI initiatives.
Position AI as a strategic enabler of customer experience excellence.
Develop executive-level business cases demonstrating ROI from AI/CX initiatives.
Collaborate with solution consultants, product specialists, and partners to win complex opportunities.
Consistently exceed revenue and pipeline targets.
