You will unite strategy, design, data and technology to deliver measurable business impact and partner with cross‑functional teams.

Lead business development, shape engagements, and advance practice offerings in marketing and experience strategy.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage C‑level clients and senior executives
• Experience growing consulting services and offerings
• Deep knowledge of marketing and experience strategy consulting for finance sectors
• Global, multi‑cultural collaboration experience

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pursuits and shape engagements in marketing, customer experience and strategic planning
• Develop market insights by synthesizing company, competitive, category, channel and customer data
• Collaborate with creative, data, technology and operations teams to present experience-led transformations
• Expand client relationships and elevate engagements from tactical to strategic
• Mentor teams and contribute to thought leadership and reusable assets
