Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Business Relationship Manager - CMI in the Bay Area, CA. You will own CXO relationships, drive executive-level conversations on business transformation and AI/GenAI opportunities, and shape large, complex deals end-to-end.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled programs, ensure client satisfaction, and grow revenue through strategic partnerships and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in client management / BRM / account leadership.
• Proven CXO engagement and relationship management experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise tech including Cloud, Data & AI/GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Own CXO relationships and strategic account growth.
• Lead executive-level conversations on business transformation and AI/GenAI opportunities.
• Shape multi-year transformation programs and large deal cycles end-to-end.
