Job summary

Assort Health is seeking a senior leader to scale mid-market delivery operations, overseeing APM and ASM teams and owning launch processes across multiple accounts. You will drive portfolio performance, capacity modeling, and standardization to support rapid growth.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure realistic scopes, timelines, and scalable solutions while guiding a fast-growing team in a healthcare AI company.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in consulting, investment banking, or tech, with startup experience.
• Strong product sense and customer exposure; product experience a plus with customers.
• Experience building repeatable delivery or onboarding processes with metrics and tooling.
• Proven people leadership, hiring, and managing teams through rapid growth.
• Analytical rigor: define metrics, model capacity, present portfolio insights.
• Experience building or implementing AI solutions or using AI to build agents.
• Ownership mentality and speed; you get things done without waiting for a process.
• Comfort with ambiguity; able to scale a function quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the APM and ASM teams for Mid-Market customers.
• Own the Mid-Market launch process: scope templates, configuration, time-to-launch targets.
• Own portfolio performance: launch speed, agent performance, abandonment, hold time, conversion.
• Model capacity across launches and decide when to take on more work.
• Standardize recurring requests; work with Product/Engineering to create standard capabilities.
• Partner with Sales on qualification and handoffs for realistic scope and timelines.
• Step into at-risk launches and fix processes that caused issues.
