Autonomize AI is recruiting a Head of Product to scale its Agentic Healthcare AI platform. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution, partnering with Engineering, GTM, and leadership to drive adoption, ROI, and customer value across payer, provider, and life sciences workflows.

You will lead with a hands-on approach, shaping product-market fit, defining metrics, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant, enterprise-grade delivery in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS product management.
• 3-5 years leading product at scaling startups or high-growth businesses.
• Strong background in healthcare domain and enterprise buying dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product vision for platform and workflows.
• Define multi-year roadmaps across core healthcare workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM to deliver secure, scalable AI-native products.
• Define and track product success metrics (adoption, engagement, ROI, NPS).
• Maintain a high-velocity operating rhythm across Product, Engineering, Sales and CS.
