Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an AOS Leader to drive Lean and Agile transformation across the organization from its Phoenix facility. You will coach leaders, align leadership teams, and coordinate Improvement Events to deliver measurable performance improvements.

This role requires exceptional communication, change management, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You will embed AOS practices, build an AOS community, and ensure scalable, repeatable improvement across multiple

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile management methods, including AOS elements.
• Proven project management expertise across strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for executive environments.
• Ability to coach leaders and drive adoption of AOS across units.

Responsibilities

• Drive AOS expansion with roadmap and cross-unit coordination.
• Align leadership to ensure adoption of AOS priorities and templates.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and organize Improvement Events.
• Coach peers and managers on AOS and lead change initiatives.
• Grow the AOS community and ensure enterprise-wide adoption.
