Honeywell Aerospace is recruiting a senior site leader for the Aerospace Operating System (AOS) to drive site-wide transformation, roadmap alignment, and scalable deployment across planning, materials, sourcing, and quality. You will coach leaders, advance continuous improvement, and champion end-to-end supply chain efficiency across procurement, planning, production, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying Lean Manufacturing and Operating Systems principles and tools.
• 8+ years of project management experience across strategic and tactical change projects.
• Business fluent in local language and English, with ability to influence frontline employees and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and organize improvement events and AOS courses to create value for the unit.
• Lead strategic and operational business challenges across site functions.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset using Lean and AOS methods and tools.
• Support the Hoshin Kanri process for the site and accelerate productivity initiatives.
• Coach peers and managers on AOS adoption and agile/lean mindset across teams.
• Collaborate with site and global leaders to align AOS roadmap and execution.
