Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an experienced Site Leader for the Aerospace Operating System (AOS) to drive site-wide performance improvement and strategic deployment across planning, procurement, and production functions.

You will partner with Site and Global Operations leaders to set the AOS roadmap, coach leaders, and advance end-to-end supply chain optimization while fostering an Agile and Lean culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Lean Manufacturing and Operating Systems experience.
• 8+ years of project management across strategic and tactical change projects.
• Experience influencing and communicating with frontline employees, site leadership, and senior executives.
• Willingness to travel to other locations (limited).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate improvement events and AOS courses to create value for the unit.
• Lead strategic and operational business challenges.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset with dedicated methods and tools.
• Support and/or orchestrate the Hoshin Kanri process for the site.
• Support and/or orchestrate productivity generation activities.
• Coach peers and key managers on promoting and using AOS.
• Act as a thought leader for an Agile & Lean mindset.
• Advance AOS by sharing success stories and recognizing stakeholders.
• Lead AOS community and key enablers.
• Drive, motivate and manage AOS qualifications of employees.
• Be an active member of the global AOS community.
• Collaborate with the AOS office to execute the strategy.
• Lead and execute change management across the employee population.
