Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Director of Operational Excellence (Finance) to lead the strategic expansion of the Aerospace Operating System (AOS) across the organization. You will align leadership, coordinate improvement initiatives, and embed Lean/Agile practices to drive scalable, repeatable performance.

You will coach leaders, orchestrate strategic improvement processes, and help institutionalize AOS throughout the enterprise, partnering with Finance and other functions to deliver

Qualificações

• Strong methodical knowledge of Lean and Agile management methods and AOS elements.
• Proven project management expertise across strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Leadership aligned to Honeywell's People and Leadership Practices.
• Deep competence in organizational change management.
• Excellent communication suited for executive leadership environments.
• Demonstrated success leading without formal authority and driving results.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive AOS expansion with roadmap and cross-unit coordination.
• Ensure adoption of AOS priorities, methods, and templates by leadership teams.
• Coordinate, prioritize and organize Improvement Events across the organization.
• Coach peers and managers on AOS and lead mindset-change initiatives.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture using Lean and Agile methods.
