Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Director of Operational Excellence to lead the Aerospace Operating System (AOS) rollout across Engines & Power. You will coach leaders, orchestrate improvement activities, and embed Lean and Agile practices to drive scalable, repeatable performance enterprise-wide.

As AOS Leader, you will expand adoption, align leadership, and manage improvement initiatives while complying with U.S. export controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven project management expertise across strategic and tactical initiatives.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in Lean manufacturing or related change projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile management with AOS elements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the central AOS team to define future path and launch methods for AOS.
• Drive AOS adoption within ES, including roadmap definition and activity coordination.
• Coordinate and organize Improvement Events and align leadership on AOS priorities.
