Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks an experienced AOS Site Leader (Finance) to drive the development and deployment of the Aerospace Operating System across the site. You will partner with senior leaders to establish an AOS roadmap and enable scalable implementation in planning, materials, sourcing, and quality.

You will coach leaders, drive continuous improvement, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, planning, production, and logistics to support growth and operational

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying Lean Manufacturing and Operating Systems principles and tools.
• 8+ years of project management experience across strategic and tactical change projects.
• Experience influencing and communicating with frontline employees, site leadership, and senior executives, including cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize improvement events and AOS courses to create value for the unit.
• Lead strategic and operational business challenges.
• Promote continuous improvement mindset with methods and tools.
• Support and drive Hoshin Kanri at the site.
• Coach peers and managers on AOS promotion and use.
• Lead change management across the employee population.
