Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior-level business development or program management in biopharma/CDMO.
• Proven ability to originate and mature net-new opportunities.
• Advanced negotiation, presentation, and business-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-quality, high-velocity pipeline aligned to territory strategy.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from R&D through GMP and regulatory.
• Shape and negotiate contracts with Legal and Commercial Solutions to land compliant agreements.
• Develop territory plans using market intelligence to target high-fit accounts.
• Represent the brand at conferences and tradeshows to generate pipeline.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Product, Marketing, and Market Intelligence for cohesive strategies.
