Job summary

Qualifications

• Master of Arts or Master of Science degree required.
• 5+ years APP experience with clinical competence.
• 1+ year leadership experience and knowledge of state regulations.
• Active RN and NP licenses in PA or PA license for PA.
• Board Certification as NP, PA or Nurse Midwife.

Responsibilities

• Establishes short and long range strategic plans for advanced practice providers at PAH.
• Develops and directs operations of APPs, including recruitment and retention.
• Oversees credentialing, privileging, onboarding and professional development.
• Collaborates with Human Resources, Finance and Operations on budgeting and productivity metrics.
• Maintains licensing, EMR fluency and coordination across Penn Medicine.
