Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years healthcare hospital/ambulatory practice management experience required.
• 8+ years front end Revenue Cycle experience required.
• 2+ years EPIC hospital/ Physician Revenue Cycle experience required.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels required.
• Strong analytics to identify trends for process improvements and denial mitigation required.
• Driver's license required.
• Masters degree and 10+ years healthcare/ambulatory practice management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized registration strategy across CPUP ambulatory practices.
• Oversee growth and standardization of PSA functions for patient access.
• Drive adoption of mobile arrival as primary check-in method.
• Expand centralized check-out and virtual check-out to streamline patient departure.
• Oversee and optimize scheduling processes to enhance self-service and access.
• Direct CPUP ambulatory-wide initiatives to centralize workflows.
