Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Director of Advanced Practice to advance APP practice, development, and engagement across the organization. You will translate priorities into actionable programs, lead the Advanced Practice Training Academy, and partner with Medical Leadership to shape workforce strategy.

The role requires strategic leadership, mentorship, and experience in care transformation, with reporting to the ACMO and a focus on sustainability and measurable outcomes across APPs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program and CA license.
• DEA licensure in good standing and NCCPA certification or eligibility.
• Experience in clinical leadership and advanced practice.
• Strong governance, mentorship, and education skills.
• Ability to develop and evaluate APP programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical leadership and stewardship of the Advanced Practice Training Academy (APTA).
• Serve as a liaison between APPs and Medical Leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Develop organizational strategy for APP professional development and succession planning.
• Lead care transformation, quality initiatives, and optimal APP utilization.
• Support onboarding, competency development, and standardized procedures for APPs.
