Qualifications

• 10+ years in product development with leadership experience
• 5+ years in management roles (managing managers)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field

Responsibilities

• Own early-stage concept development and design storytelling across product categories
• Pitch future-focused concepts to senior leadership and align across business
• Partner with Mechanical Engineering, R&D, Product Development, and Product Marketing to ensure feasibility
• Ground concepts in buildability using materials, manufacturing methods, and DFM/DFA
• Build, lead, and inspire a team of managers, engineers, and designers
• Set and drive strategic direction of the Advanced Development pipeline
• Contribute to long-term innovation strategy and category vision with cross-functional leaders
