Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, shaping workforce plans and talent strategies
• Lead employee experience initiatives to improve engagement and culture
• Own talent management cycles end-to-end with Compensation
• Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation to calibrate offers and hiring strategies
• Navigate complex employee relations matters with discretion and solutions orientation
• Translate business needs into scalable HR solutions
• Tell compelling stories with data to influence decisions
