FOX is seeking a Director, Advertising Solutions to shape the go-to-market for ad solutions and drive revenue. You will work across engineering, product, sales, and operations to deliver new capabilities and enable the sales force.

The role requires deep experience in TV/streaming, digital media, and programmatic advertising, with a strong grasp of the media ecosystem, privacy issues, and data-driven decision making. A path to leadership and cross-functional impact is expected.

Competenze

• Experience in advertising, with exposure to TV/streaming, digital media, and/or programmatic advertising.
• Understanding of the media ecosystem and advertiser needs.
• Familiarity with privacy and compliance issues relevant to media advertising.
• Working knowledge of analytic, data science, and AI concepts as applied to advertising problems.
• Understanding of audience development, measurement and attribution, planning and activation.
• Familiarity with ad tech platforms: data providers, measurement vendors, ID graphs, DSPs, DMPs.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into actionable cross-functional plans.
• Experience in client-facing or sales-support roles; comfortable engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience in product management or solution strategy with go-to-market contributions.
• Experience supporting sales through training or enablement materials.
• Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, legal, finance, sales and operations.
• Experience driving initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.

• Gather and synthesize client, sales, partners, and industry insights to inform market opportunities and align teams.
• Support evaluation and prioritization of new capabilities and maintain the integrated product roadmap.
• Provide business requirements and functional specs to engineering and product teams.
• Coordinate with Yield and Client Services to document processes for new launches.
• Assist rollout of new products to the sales organization and develop training materials.
• Manage sales support requests and surface recurring client needs for pitches.
• Contribute to messaging and narrative for Fox Ad Sales in meetings.
