Job summary

FOX News Media is seeking a Manager of Digital Growth and Product Marketing in New York to drive day-to-day digital marketing campaigns across our platforms. You will lead audience growth, user retention, and revenue-focused GTM for new digital features, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Ad Sales, Editorial, and Data teams.

The role emphasizes CRM-driven communications, personalized content, and experimentation to optimize engagement and monetization.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, digital growth or CRM management at a digital media high-scale consumer tech company.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfort working with user data, tracking KPIs, and turning test results into optimization tactics.

Responsibilities

• Campaign and Feature Execution: Build and deploy promotional campaigns across owned digital channels for product features such as Games and personalized feeds.
• CRM & Messaging Operations and Tracking: Set up and test daily automated communications to boost registration and retention; track KPIs.
• Monetization & Commerce Support: Coordinate affiliate and sponsored feature placements with commercial teams.
• Testing & Analytics Tracking: Run A/B tests and analyze engagement, funnels, and churn to inform leadership.
