Job summary

Scan.com is seeking a Director of Integration & Operational Excellence to lead post‑acquisition integration and build scalable operating capability. You will own the end‑to‑end integration plan, budget, dependencies, and delivery cadence from diligence through Day 1 and beyond, coordinating across Finance, Ops, Commercial, Product and Technology.

Qualifications

• Experience leading post‑acquisition integrations.
• Healthcare operating experience in multisite settings.
• Proven ability to own P&L and drive cost/operating improvements.
• Strong program management and cross‑functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning before close with deal and finance teams.
• Build and maintain the Day 1 and 100‑day integration playbook.
• Prepare the organization to receive acquired businesses and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Own end‑to‑end execution across Finance, Operations, Commercial, People, Product, Tech and Clinical.
• Drive change management and maintain clear communications with founders and teams.
• Define testing, reconciliation and cutover criteria for migrations.
