IntegriChain is seeking a Director, Advisory - 340B Drug Pricing Program to lead strategic consulting engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturers navigating 340B and government pricing initiatives. You will supervise analytic work, build financial models, and communicate insights to senior client stakeholders.

Based in the United States with a focus on market access and payer strategies, this role requires deep 340B knowledge, extensive data analytics experience, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; undergraduate understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, healthcare policy or data analysis.
• Deep understanding of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and payer types (Medicare/Medicaid) and reimbursement for drugs.
• 10+ years of work experience in related fields.
• Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in at least one programming language (SQL, SAS, SPSS, R, Stata).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the pharmaceutical supply chain and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends impacting 340B.
• Develop 340B growth and discount analyses and financial models using transactional or claims data.
• Demonstrate use of analytical tools and models to develop 340B solutions and insights.
• Lead engagements and communicate findings to clients through reports and presentations.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy of work products.
