IntegriChain is seeking a Director, Advisory - 340B Drug Pricing Program to lead strategic and analytical consulting engagements. You will guide 340B growth analyses and model development using healthcare data, while staying ahead of regulatory changes affecting government pricing programs.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience, deep knowledge of the 340B landscape, and strong communication skills to convey insights to manufacturers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and an undergraduate level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, healthcare policy or data analysis.
• Understanding of 340B Drug Pricing Program and payer types (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial) and how they reimburse for drugs.
• 10+ years of work experience.
• Strong technical skills to independently execute complex data analytics in SQL, SAS, SPSS, Stata, or R.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality analysis and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the pharmaceutical supply chain and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
• Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and marketplace changes impacting 340B.
• Develop 340B growth and duplicate discount analyses and financial models using transactional or claims data.
• Demonstrate use of software tools and models to develop 340B solutions and analyses.
• Lead all aspects of small to medium engagements and project segments.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating 340B strategies and findings.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy of work product.
• Participate in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet goals.
