The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over 7 years of experience in high-growth, operationally complex settings. Strong leadership and data analysis skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Operations or Manufacturing Engineering roles in regulated industry.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and ISO regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24/7 laboratory operations ensuring reliable service delivery.
• Provide direct oversight for operations teams across all shifts.
• Define and track KPIs related to operational performance.
