Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing is seeking a Laboratory Business Manager responsible for maintaining positive operating margins and guiding laboratory operations. The role oversees all staff and ensures compliance with corporate and regulatory policies while partnering with corporate teams.

The position requires a strong background in lab leadership, budgeting, quality control, and client engagement, with a focus on profit growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 10 years in laboratory operations with P&L accountability of $5M+ net sales or equivalent.
• Proven track record in improving operational, profit, quality and safety performance.
• Proficiency with English in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, schedule, and train employees.
• Ensure adherence to high quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations.
• Manage budgeting, capital expenditures, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and coordinate with Sales/Marketing for major studies.
