TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator Foreman to lead and coordinate on-site drilling for telecommunications infrastructure in Minnesota. You will read engineering drawings, guide crew members, and ensure safe, accurate bore operations while protecting utilities.

The role requires 3+ years of drill bores experience, a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain), and a valid US work authorization. Competitive benefits accompany this field position.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain
• 3+ years operating drill bores equipment in telecom or construction

Responsibilities

• Lead site Job Safety Analysis and coordinate field activities
• Read engineering drawings, prints and technical docs for OSP
• Draw prints or sketches and provide field notes for facilities
• Safely operate and control drilling equipment for the crew
• Determine bore path and locate utilities
• Utilize mud mixing systems
• Ensure accurate drilling and utility protection
• Schedule and maintain equipment and tooling; set up and clean site
• Resolve property owner complaints and document work
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
