Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer II to support outside plant (OSP) installation on utility construction sites. The role requires comfort with manual labor, operation of multiple heavy machines, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate is safety-minded and able to follow directions from Foremen and experienced operators.

The position offers full-time hours, travel nationwide, and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork within the ALL IN culture.

Qualifications

1+ year of utility construction experience required.
6+ months of equipment operating experience (Drill, Hydro, Mini, Bucket Truck) required.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a company vehicle strongly preferred.
Class A CDL License strongly preferred.
Competent Person and OSHA 10 certifications strongly preferred (ability to obtain within 6 months of hire required)
High School diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions including hand digging, installing utilities, moving material, and traffic control.
Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks such as loading/unloading trucks and setting up cones.
Operates heavy equipment (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, bucket truck) under supervision.
Reads prints and construction drawings; contributes to safety and production goals.
Provides training to entry level laborers and supports safety initiatives on site.
