Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer II to support outside plant installation on utility construction sites, operating directional drills, hydro trucks, and bucket trucks with priority on safety and quality.

Requirements include 1+ year of utility construction experience, CDL preferred, OSHA 10, and a high school diploma. Must be physically capable and willing to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of utility construction experience required.
• 6+ months of equipment operating experience with drills, hydro, mini or bucket trucks.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL strongly preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification strongly preferred (ability to obtain within 6 months).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor on utility construction sites under various weather conditions.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks (loading/unloading, photos, cones, etc.).
• Operates heavy equipment (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, bucket truck) with guidance.
• Reads prints and construction drawings to assist installations.
• Maintains safety culture and participates in pre-task safety assessments.
