Qualifications

• 1+ year of utility construction experience required.
• 6+ months of equipment operating experience on drill, hydro, mini, or bucket truck.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; Class A CDL preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions, including digging, installing utilities, moving material, and site inspections.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks.
• Operates one or more heavy equipment types with limited guidance.
• Meets production expectations set by Foreman or management.
• Reads prints and construction drawings.
