Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer II to provide outside plant (OSP) installation support on utility construction sites. Requires 1+ year of utility construction experience and 6+ months operating drills or similar equipment. Valid driver’s license preferred; Class A CDL preferred.

This safety-sensitive, full-time position offers $24.00 per hour and nationwide travel. We emphasize safety, continuous learning, and teamwork, with an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Read prints and construction drawings.
• Operate one or more heavy equipment with limited guidance.
• Safety is a priority; adhere to safety culture.
• Ability to read and interpret utility layouts is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor in various weather conditions (hand digging, installing utilities, moving material, inspecting ground conditions, traffic control).
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks (loading/unloading, photos, setting up cones).
• Operate heavy equipment (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, bucket truck) with minimal supervision.
