Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer II to provide outside plant installation support across various utility projects. You will operate equipment such as directional drills, mini excavators, hydro trucks, or bucket trucks, under supervision, to install utilities and support crews.

The role requires a safety-focused, ALL IN attitude and strong work ethic. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with travel nationwide.

Qualifications

1+ year of utility construction experience.
6+ months of equipment operating experience (drill, hydro, mini, bucket truck).
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions including digging, installing utilities, moving materials, and traffic control.
Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks; loading/unloading, photos, cones and signs setup.
Operates heavy equipment with guidance from an experienced operator.
Reads prints and construction drawings; assists with locating utilities under supervision.
Maintains safety by following pre-task, safety checks, and reporting hazards.
