Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of utility construction experience.

• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; OSHA 10 is a plus (obtainable within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor in all weather conditions, including digging, installing utilities, and material handling.
• Assist with jobsite setup, loading/unloading, and equipment prep.
• Operate one or more heavy equipment types with supervision.
• Meet production targets set by Foreman and management.
• Read prints and construction drawings; assist with locate processes as needed.
