Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer II to support outside plant (OSP) installation on utility construction sites. The role requires working with various equipment (drill, hydro, mini excavator, bucket truck) and a strong safety mindset.

You will join an ALL IN team dedicated to safety, quality, and customer-focused service across nationwide projects. Prior experience in utility construction and a valid CDL are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions, including hand digging, installing utilities, moving material, and inspecting ground conditions.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks such as loading/unloading trucks, taking photos, and setting up cones and traffic signs.
• Operates one or more heavy equipment types (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, bucket truck) with guidance.
• Meets production expectations set by Foreman or management.
• Participates in safety training and adopts ALL IN safety attitude.
• Reads prints and construction drawings; assisted utility locating under supervision.
• Maintains safety culture and supports training of entry-level laborers.
