• Maintain SOPs and policies across teams and ensure they are followed.
• Ensure routes are dispatched on time and communicate delays to the customer service team.
• Identify and address equipment or team needs; collaborate to implement rapid solutions.
• Maintain data across databases, including Google Suite and fleet tracking software.
• Process driver hours, drops, reimbursements, and report cards for efficiency.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance by staff.
