Job summary

Thistle Health is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee all direct-to-consumer delivery operations from the Chicago area. You will lead logistics coordinators, dispatchers, associates, and drivers, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately while maintaining strong customer communication.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will drive daily logistics functions and safety compliance. You will collaborate on route planning, SOPs, data accuracy, and performance improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics experience with 2+ years supervising large teams
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Conflict de-escalation and resolution expertise
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to hold teams accountable for performance and compliance
• Experience with Google Suite, Onfleet and Paycom is preferred
• Valid Driver's License (Class B a bonus) and Harassment Training for Supervisors, Food Handlers Certification required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Oversee all direct-to-consumer delivery operations and field leadership across teams
• Lead scheduling, time tracking, and ensure up-to-date spreadsheets and data across systems
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and identify training to improve KPIs
• Ensure routes are dispatched on time and communicate delays to customer service
• Maintain SOPs and safety compliance across departments
• Manage data accuracy across databases including Google Suite and fleet tracking software
• Process driver hours, drops, reimbursements, and report cards
• Participate in regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance
