As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all direct-to-consumer delivery operations in (INSERT LOCATION) and the surrounding areas. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will lead a team of logistics coordinators, dispatchers, associates, and delivery drivers, ensuring that our customers receive their orders efficiently and accurately. You will be the final touchpoint between our team and the customer, making your leadership crucial to delivering a seamless experience. In this role, you will collaborate with managers to oversee daily logistics functions, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain accurate operational data to drive team success.
You are a highly organized, detail-oriented logistics professional with a strong background in supervising large teams.
