Job summary

Prairie Community Services in Glenwood, MN is seeking a part-time Direct Support Provider. You will train and assist individuals with daily personal cares, medication administration, community activities, money management, meal preparation, laundry, and daily charting.

Starting wage $16.50–$18.50 per hour. Must be 17+, pass background clearance, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and communicate in English. We offer competitive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure.
• Must pass DHS background clearance.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language while conducting company business.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal cares and medication administration.
• Support community activities and money management.
• Assist with meal preparation, laundry and cleaning.
• Chart daily program information.
