Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments with valid Arkansas driver’s license.
• Maintain communication about client needs and progress at shift end.
• Complete required documentation (reports, forms, logs) accurately.
• Support medication management and health/safety routines.
