Job summary

You will help clients with daily living tasks, transportation, documentation, and care plan progress, while maintaining safety and dignity. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Arkansas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete required documentation and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in basic living skills and daily tasks (e.g., showers, dressing, meals).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments.
• Maintain communication with staff and document progress toward the care plan.
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
