• Assists clients with basic living skills and daily personal tasks (showers, dressing, housekeeping, shopping, meals, budgeting).
• Provides transportation to activities and appointments; valid Arkansas driver's license required.
• Maintains communication about clients' needs and progress; completes required documentation.
