OneWell Health Care in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will provide hands-on, person-centered care aligned with ISP/IPP plans.

The role requires attention to health and safety, documentation, and collaboration with a care team. English proficiency is required; a high school diploma is required; a valid driver's license may be needed; evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving, home health, or direct support for individuals with IDD preferred.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility, and medication assistance as authorized.
• Implement behavior support strategies and monitor health, safety, and emotional well-being.
