Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Six months experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support and assist with daily living activities.
• Train individuals on Day Services Plan objectives and document goals.
• Collect data and maintain medical data and target behaviors.
• Assist with program upkeep, scheduling, and maintenance reporting.
• Participate in required meetings and maintain certifications.
• Adhere to confidentiality and rights of individuals.
