Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist people with developmental, physical, and psychiatric disabilities in residential and community settings. You will provide daily living support, intervention, and skills training while maintaining safety and safety documentation.

The role requires strengths in communication, organization, and driving to transport clients as needed. A high school diploma or GED and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or 5+ years of verified experience in the same position is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living skills support and supervision across day, evening, and overnight shifts.
• Assist with decision making to promote independence and skill development.
• Follow regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies in all activities.
