Job summary

Bridgewell in Lynn, MA is looking for a Direct Support Professional to assist people with developmental, physical and psychiatric disabilities in daily living activities, within residential and community settings.

The role requires passing training, maintaining documentation, administering medications per MAP, and collaborating with guardians and staff. Weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday 9:00am-3:00pm) provide opportunities for meaningful community support and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy to use Microsoft products and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training in activities of daily living during day/evening/overnight shifts.
• Support independence by enabling decisions and skill development.
• Adhere to DDS/DMH/MassHealth/HUD/DPH/CARF standards and Bridgewell policies.
