Out of the Box Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD. You will support daily routines, help clients engage in the community, and follow person-centered care plans to empower goals.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must pass state background checks and ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
