Job summary

Out of the Box Solutions is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD, assisting with daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in a respectful, empowering manner. This role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while ensuring safety and documenting progress.

• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must be able to pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS employment requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
